Texas Fire Sprinkler Inspection Tags
The Texas Fire Marshall section 34 forms provide these 5 tags for various types of inspections and conditions. These tags are weatherproof, waterproof and all-weather.
Artwork such as company logo can be added for a one-time additional set-up charge.
Materials are suitable for punching out inspection dates. Add Tester's Signature and Certification Numbers and other information required by your local regulations with waterproof markers.
These tags are offered in 2-5/8"x5-1/4" size and in Ink Colors as shown. Tags have 1/4" holes for attaching with cable-ties.
