Recording Inspection Dates on backflow prevention devices requires a weatherproof, waterproof, all-weather tag that can be written on even when wet.

Company name & contact information, tester's name, etc. are printed on custom tags. Dates can be punched or written with waterproof marking pens.

Plastic Waterproof Tags offer a variety of products for recording test results. The Two-Sided Backflow Tags are available with the formats shown or with custom designs.

The one-sided Medium and Heavy Duty Backflow Tags are offered on a choice of 2 thicknesses and a choice of colors of ink.

Custom designs for different testing requirements can be set up for your particular needs and state requirements. Simple set-ups are included in prices and graphics and complex set-ups can be provided for an additional one-time set-up charge.

Generic backflow tags without company name are available off the shelf and now available in quantities as low as 125 for immediate shipment in both two sided and in heavy duty punchable styles.
